Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched.

  • Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • A 10% deduction will be applied to cover bank and processing charges.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable products or items with a short shelf life

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging are required.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
