Refund Policy
1. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched.
Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
2. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
A 10% deduction will be applied to cover bank and processing charges.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Perishable products or items with a short shelf life
Products damaged due to customer negligence
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging are required.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
