All product descriptions, images, and specifications (weight, size, colour, etc.) are approximate and for reference purposes only. As many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations may occur. We strive to deliver products as close as possible to the displayed images, but alternate/similar items may be supplied in case of unavailability or circumstances beyond our control.
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability may also vary and is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. Any typographical or photographic errors are unintentional and do not hold Divine Decor liable.

For perishable or fragile items, delivery will be attempted only once. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or insufficient address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept, or premises being locked, the customer will still be charged in full. Additional charges such as local taxes, duties, or octroi (if applicable) will be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery.
Refunds will not be provided for perishable products once dispatched. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting a 10% fee for bank and processing charges. No refund or replacement will be entertained for reasons arising from customer negligence, such as incorrect address or delayed acceptance.
Divine Decor reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website, products, or services without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sagar, Madhya Pradesh courts.
